Company policies

Effective November 1, 2026. Subject to change by shareholder vote.

1. Your title is your shareholding. Hold 100k shares and you're an Associate; 1M makes you a Director; 2M a Vice President. Everyone runs something: Synergy, Vibes, Reply-All.
2. A real fake dividend, every quarter. A quarter is two weeks. The Board pays an on-chain dividend to every shareholder in that quarter's certificate, FAKEDIVIDEND.Q1, Q2 and so on. Collect them all.
3. One vote per million shares. Shareholders vote on the size of the dividend, the company's goals, who the CEO is and, inevitably, firing the CEO.
4. Paperwork. Business cards, company-wide memos, promotion requests, resignation letters. Filing fees are shredded (burned) on Bitcoin.
5. Clock in. Free, once a day, with your wallet. Tenure is forever. Nobody checks what you do after that.
6. Performance bonuses for real work. Some tasks actually help the company. Those are paid. More at opening.
